REPORT: U.S. women’s soccer games generated more revenue than U.S. men’s soccer games

Following the Women’s World Cup win in 2015, U.S. women’s soccer games have generated more revenue than the men’s, according to audited financial reports from the U.S. Soccer Federation.

This is an important factoid as the U.S. women’s national team continues to fight for equal pay. U.S. Soccer denied pay discrimination, but many are questioning the discrepancy as the women’s team dominates.
